Usually this is the last day of February, but every four years we have leap year, an added day to the month of February-the 29th.  It is not special to most of us, but it is to those that have birthdays on the 29th as it only really comes around every 4 years.  You can look at it as when do they celebrate their birthday, the 28th or March 1st, or you can look at it that they are a lot younger than they appear because their birthday only comes around every 4 years, that makes them 1/4 the age of others.

Anyway as you ponder that, this week has been a week of testing for the Weather Tech SportsCar Championship at Sebring Thursday and Friday, along with Formula 1 testing at Circuit de Barcelona, Catalunya, 2.89 miles and 16 turns. Along with the open wheel cars of the Verizon IndyCar Series testing at Phoenix for the up coming opening race March 13th at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
